3. Price listAll marked prices on our product list include VAT, providing the web-page is configured to a shipping country within the European Union. VAT is not included in marked prices which refer to other shipping countries.
Note:
- We are unable to deliver to a PO BOX address.
- At specific times of year, such as Christmas, New Year, or bank holidays we are unable to guarantee our delivery dates, due to saturation of transport services.
- gallodeleon.com reserves the right to modify delivery options & times without previous notification for large-capacity orders or in special cases.
- Shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as customs tax and which may be charged Cash On Delivery.
All companies belonging to the EU (except Spain) and with a valid intra-comunitary VAT number, will be exempt from VAT. To find out if VAT can be removed from your orders, please contact our Corporate Sales department before confirming an order at dataprotection@gallodeleon.com.

Products on offerAll products with a special discount price at gallodeleon.com will appear on our web-site with the following information: offer price, normal price, discount percentage & end of offer date. The products on offer will be available for purchase until the end of offer date or end of stock at which time the product in question will disappear from the web-site.
Offers cannot be combined with other offers, packs, sales or special promotions. The highest available discount will always be applied.
Special promotional packs cannot be accumulated to other discounts.
Discount couponsDiscount coupons are granted during advertising campaigns or certain special promotions and are valid for a set period of time.
They can be valid for multiple uses and can be used for all orders placed within the set time period or they can be limited to one use per person.
Discount coupons are promotional codes which can be redeemed during the purchasing process on the website. A minimum purchase value may be required to use the discount vouchers. They cannot be applied to an order, after the purchase has been completed.
In the case of returning a product to which a single-use discount voucher has been applied, it will not be possible to reuse the discount voucher. Some brands, categories or products may be excluded from the promotion.
It is not possible to combine several discount coupons to the same product, the coupon with the highest discount will always be applied. On the other hand, it is possible to apply several discount coupons to the same order when they apply to different products.
Discount coupons can sometimes be combined and added to a previous discount on the product. If they cannot be combined to a previous discount, the highest applicable discount will be attributed.
Discount coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
4. Guaranteegallodeleon.com offers customers a 2-year guarantee on all new products and gallodeleon.com customers will also benefit from the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product when a greater period is offered.
Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.
Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.
